1. Live thru the internet: place your questions on BBS, our experts will reply in two periods everyday (at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.). Please be kindly reminded that questions placed at other timeslots may experience delay in reply.

2. Conference call: conference call will be arranged on an irregular basis to provide answers on common questions.
